Customer-facing documentSubscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
v2.0 · Effective July 3, 2026
Effective July 3, 2026. This document is provided by OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company. It is informational and is not legal advice.
This Policy explains how OfferReady subscriptions bill, renew, and cancel, and when refunds apply. It expands Section 3 (Fees and Payment) of the OfferReady Terms of Service and is incorporated into the Terms.
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
This Policy expands Section 3 (Fees and Payment) of the OfferReady Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and is incorporated into the Terms. If this Policy conflicts with Terms § 3, this Policy controls. “OfferReady” means OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company; “Subscriber” is the account holder. Payments are processed by Stripe; live charges apply.
What this does
- Provides a 14-day no-card product trial before any paid subscription is selected; the account becomes read-only at trial end and is not charged automatically.
- Discloses that paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate, with clear checkout consent and annual-renewal reminders at least 30 days in advance.
- Lets Subscribers cancel at any time online or by email, with access continuing through the end of the current paid billing period.
- Refunds the first paid charge on an account in full upon written request within 14 days of that charge.
What this does NOT do
- Except for the stated exceptions or where law requires, fees are non-refundable and non-creditable — including renewals, partial billing periods, unused time, unused seats, add-on seats, and unused features.
- Cancellation does not end access mid-term; no mid-term termination or proration applies except as stated in Section 4 or required by law.
- Price changes never take effect mid-term — they apply at the next renewal after at least 30 days’ notice.
- It does not waive any right the Subscriber has under card-network rules, applicable law, or non-waivable rights under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

1. PLANS AND BILLING
1.1 Plans. OfferReady offers the following subscription plans: Starter, Basic, Growth, Pro, Team, and Brokerage, plus applicable taxes. The price for each plan is the price displayed at checkout or on the OfferReady pricing page at the time of purchase, or on the order form for annual or custom plans. Annual pricing may be offered; if annual pricing is displayed at checkout or in an applicable order form, that annual pricing controls for the annual term. If no annual pricing is displayed, the displayed monthly prices control. Current pricing is displayed at checkout.
1.2 Billing cadence. Subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle, as selected at signup, beginning on the subscription start date, to the payment method on file.
1.3 Product trial. Eligible new accounts begin with a 14-day no-card product trial at signup. Starting the trial does not create a paid subscription, does not require a payment method, and does not authorize an automatic charge. If the account holder does not affirmatively select a paid plan and complete checkout, the account becomes read-only at trial end. Data is handled under the OfferReady Privacy Policy.
2. AUTO-RENEWAL DISCLOSURE
2.1 SUBSCRIPTIONS RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. Unless cancelled per Section 3, each subscription automatically renews at the end of its then-current term for a successive term of the same length, at the then-current rate, and the payment method on file is charged at renewal.
2.2 Conspicuous consent. Auto-renewal terms — the renewal cadence, the amount charged, and how to cancel — are presented clearly and conspicuously at checkout, and the Subscriber affirmatively consents to them before the first charge.
2.3 Renewal reminders. For annual plans, OfferReady will send a renewal reminder to the account email at least 30 days before renewal, consistent with applicable auto-renewal law, including Fla. Stat. § 501.165 for certain service contracts and, for California Subscribers, California Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.
3. CANCELLATION
3.1 How to cancel. Subscribers may cancel at any time through Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing albert@arbicgroup.com from the account email. Online cancellation is available with no additional steps beyond identity confirmation.
3.2 When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation stops future renewals. A paid subscription remains active, with full access, through the end of the current paid billing period, then terminates. No mid-term termination or proration applies except as stated in Section 4 or required by law. The no-card product trial does not need to be cancelled because it does not create a paid subscription or an automatic renewal.
3.3 Effect on data. After termination, account data is retained and then deleted per the Terms and the OfferReady Privacy Policy. Subscribers should export needed data before the period ends.
4. REFUNDS
4.1 General rule. Except as stated in this Section 4 or required by law, all fees are non-refundable and non-creditable, including for renewals, partial billing periods, unused time, unused seats, add-on seats, and unused features, unless approved by OfferReady in writing.
4.2 Exceptions. OfferReady will refund: (a) first purchase — the first paid charge on an account, in full, upon written request to albert@arbicgroup.com within 14 days after that first paid charge; (b) charges made in error by OfferReady; (c) charges after a cancellation properly submitted before renewal, upon request within 30 days of the charge; and (d) amounts required to be refunded under applicable law.
4.3 Annual plans. Annual fees are non-refundable after the initial 14-day first-purchase window in Section 4.2(a), where applicable. Cancelling an annual plan stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the paid annual term, and no prorated or unused-time refund is provided unless required by law or approved by OfferReady in writing.
4.4 Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. FAILED PAYMENTS; DUNNING; SUSPENSION
5.1 If a renewal charge fails, OfferReady will notify the account email and place the account in read-only status while retrying the payment method over a period of up to 14 days. Account data remains intact during this period.
5.2 If payment remains uncollected after the retry period, OfferReady may continue the suspension or terminate the subscription. If payment remains uncollected 30 days after suspension, OfferReady may terminate the subscription and handle data per Section 3.3. Reinstatement requires payment of past-due amounts.
5.3 The Subscriber remains responsible for amounts due through the effective termination date.
6. PRICE CHANGES
6.1 OfferReady may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ prior notice to the account email. Price changes take effect at the next renewal after the notice period — never mid-term. If the Subscriber does not agree, the Subscriber may cancel before the renewal per Section 3.
7. CHARGEBACKS
7.1 Subscribers agree to contact OfferReady at albert@arbicgroup.com to resolve billing disputes before initiating a chargeback. OfferReady may suspend accounts with open chargebacks on charges OfferReady reasonably believes were valid, and may recover chargeback fees on charges reversed in OfferReady’s favor. Nothing in this Section waives any right the Subscriber has under card-network rules or applicable law.
8. TAXES
8.1 Prices exclude taxes unless stated. Subscriber is responsible for applicable sales, use, and similar taxes, which OfferReady collects where required.
9. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
9.1 This Policy is governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue and jurisdiction lie in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants a Subscriber non-waivable rights in the Subscriber’s home forum or otherwise requires a different forum. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq., or equivalent law.
