Fair Housing Statement

v2.0 · Effective July 3, 2026

Effective July 3, 2026. This document is provided by OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company. It is informational and is not legal advice.

This Statement sets out OfferReady’s commitment to fair housing and equal opportunity, and the fair-housing obligations that apply to use of the OfferReady platform.

OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company (“OfferReady”), is committed to fair housing and equal opportunity.

We support and require compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq., which prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of housing — and in housing-related advertising and services — on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability, as well as the Florida Fair Housing Act, Fla. Stat. §§ 760.20–760.37, and other applicable state and local fair-housing laws that protect additional characteristics.

What this does

  • Requires compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq., and the Florida Fair Housing Act, Fla. Stat. §§ 760.20–760.37.
  • Prohibits using the platform to discriminate against, exclude, steer, or express a preference against any person based on a protected characteristic.
  • Provides a reporting channel (albert@arbicgroup.com) and points to HUD and state or local fair-housing agencies.
  • States that violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

What this does NOT do

  • It is not legal advice — this Statement is informational.
  • It does not replace real estate professionals’ own responsibility to comply with fair-housing law on and off the platform.
  • It does not limit any consequences under law; platform enforcement is in addition to them.
