This Statement describes OfferReady’s accessibility standard, its ongoing remediation work, and how to report an accessibility barrier or request an accommodation.

OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company (“OfferReady”), is committed to making its platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

What this does

Sets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as the accessibility aim for the OfferReady platform and website, consistent with the accessibility principles of the ADA.
Commits to ongoing review, accessibility in design and development practices, and remediation of issues as they are identified.
Provides a contact channel for accessibility barriers, assistance, and accommodation requests, with reasonable efforts to respond within 5 business days.

What this does NOT do

It is not a warranty of conformance — WCAG 2.1 Level AA is an accessibility target, not a guarantee of perfect conformance.
It does not claim that every feature fully conforms today; some content or features may not yet fully conform.
It does not extend to third-party content within the platform (such as user-uploaded documents and photos), which may be outside OfferReady’s direct control.

Our standard

We aim to conform the OfferReady platform and website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, consistent with the accessibility principles of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This is an accessibility target, not a guarantee of perfect conformance.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review the platform, incorporate accessibility into our design and development practices, and work to remediate issues as they are identified. Some content or features may not yet fully conform, and third-party content within the platform (such as user-uploaded documents and photos) may be outside our direct control.
