This notice explains how to report content on the OfferReady service that you believe infringes a copyright you own or control, and how OfferReady handles those complaints.

OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company ("OfferReady"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the OfferReady service to do the same.

If you believe that content available on or through the OfferReady service infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written complaint to albert@arbicgroup.com.

What this does

Gives copyright owners a direct contact for written complaints.
Lists the information that helps OfferReady evaluate a complaint.
Explains that OfferReady may remove material and may terminate repeat infringers.

What this does NOT do

It is not a claim that OfferReady has registered a DMCA designated agent under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
It is not a claim to any statutory safe harbor.
It is not legal advice.

What to include in a complaint

To help us evaluate your complaint, please include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a link or a description of where it appears in the service);
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate.

How OfferReady handles complaints

OfferReady will review complaints it receives and may remove or disable access to material at its discretion. OfferReady may terminate the accounts of users it determines to be repeat infringers.
