1. WHAT COOKIES ARE

1.1 Cookies are small files placed on your device that allow a site or app to recognize your device and store information about your session and preferences. Similar technologies serve the same functions.

2. CATEGORIES WE USE

OfferReady currently uses essential cookies only. No analytics cookies, marketing pixels, or advertising trackers are deployed.

3. HOW YOU CONTROL TRACKING

3.1 Cookie settings. Because OfferReady deploys essential cookies only, no separate cookie-settings console is currently provided. If non-essential categories are introduced, a consent banner and settings control will ship before those trackers launch, and your choices will be stored and honored on subsequent visits.

3.2 Browser controls. Most browsers allow blocking or deleting cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login or break features.

3.3 Signals. OfferReady honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar opt-out preference signals.

4. CONSENT BANNER

4.1 OfferReady currently uses essential cookies only and does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws, so a notice-plus-browser-settings model applies and no consent banner is deployed today. If analytics or marketing trackers are added in the future, a consent banner that blocks those categories until accepted will be deployed before those trackers launch.

5.1 We may update this Notice as our tracking practices change; the version and effective date shown above reflect the current version. Material changes will be flagged via in-app or website notice.
