BuyerRoom Buyer Acceptance

By selecting "Enter room," you (the "Buyer") agree to the following platform participation terms — and only these:

1. What this room is. A BuyerRoom is a shared online workspace where you can view documents, see property information, and exchange messages with the person who invited you ([INVITING USER NAME/ROLE]) through the Platform.

2. What entering does NOT do. Entering this room:

• 2.1 does not create any agency, brokerage, or client relationship between you and anyone;
• 2.2 does not obligate you to work with any real estate professional;
• 2.3 does not obligate you to buy, offer on, or visit any property; and
• 2.4 does not constitute entering into any real estate document. Any relationship or document happens separately, outside this room, through its own proper process.

3. What you agree to inside the room.

• 3.1 Use the room lawfully and respectfully — no harassment, discrimination, unlawful content, or misuse of other participants’ information.
• 3.2 Documents shared in the room are for your review in connection with your property search and should not be redistributed without permission.
• 3.3 Communications in the room are visible to the room’s participants and logged by the Platform.

4. Your information. Information you provide in the room is handled according to the OfferReady Privacy Policy. Do not post sensitive information (e.g., Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers) in room messages.

5. No advice. Nothing in this room — including AI-generated summaries or drafts — is legal, financial, or professional advice. For advice about your rights in a real estate transaction, consult an independent attorney or licensed professional of your choosing.

6. You can leave at any time. You may exit the room, decline further participation, or ask [INVITING USER NAME/ROLE] to remove your access at any time, with no penalty and no continuing obligation. Exiting does not delete the room’s existing message and document log, which is retained per the Privacy Policy.

7. No cost to you. Buyers pay nothing to use this room or the Platform. BuyerRoom access is, and remains, free for buyers.

8. Platform terms. Your use of the Platform is also governed by the OfferReady Terms of Service, including its Florida governing-law and exclusive Miami-Dade County, Florida venue and jurisdiction provisions, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
