Effective July 3, 2026. This document is provided by OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company. It is informational and is not legal advice.
This acknowledgment records that a buyer received and had the opportunity to review a buyer-agreement document made available through the OfferReady platform. Any decision to enter into the document happens separately, outside this confirmation.
Both versions are legally parallel. The English version controls in the event of interpretive conflict, and the Spanish version is provided for convenience only, unless a specific agreement entered into between the parties expressly provides otherwise.
What this does
- Confirms the buyer received and had the opportunity to review the document an agent or brokerage shared.
- Logs the date and time of the buyer’s confirmation as a review record visible to the buyer and the sharing agent or brokerage.
- Provides parallel English and Spanish versions, with the English version controlling unless a specific agreement expressly provides otherwise.
What this does NOT do
- It is not a signature: it is not a way of putting the buyer’s name to the document and does not make the document effective.
- It is not consent to be represented by any real estate agent or brokerage, and it does not create any agency, representation, or contractual relationship of any kind.
- It is not approval of, or assent to, any term contained in the document.
- It is not legal advice, and confirming or declining does not obligate the buyer to work with any agent, buy any property, or take any further action.

Buyer Agreement Review Acknowledgment
By selecting "Confirm I have reviewed this document," you (the "Buyer") confirm only the following:
1. What you are confirming. You confirm that you have received and had the opportunity to review the document titled [AGREEMENT NAME] (the "Document"), made available to you through the OfferReady platform (the "Platform") — operated by OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company ("OfferReady") — by [AGENT/BROKERAGE NAME].
2. What this is NOT. This confirmation is a receipt-and-review record only. It is not:
- 2.1 a way of putting your name to the Document or making it effective;
- 2.2 consent to be represented by any real estate agent or brokerage;
- 2.3 the creation of any agency, representation, or contractual relationship of any kind;
- 2.4 approval of, or assent to, any term contained in the Document; or
- 2.5 legal advice.
3. Where the Document is actually completed. If you choose to enter into the Document, that will occur separately, outside this confirmation, through the proper channel provided by [AGENT/BROKERAGE NAME]. Nothing on the Platform completes the Document for you.
4. Get independent advice. Buyer-broker agreements affect your legal rights, including how your agent is compensated. You are encouraged to have the Document reviewed by an independent attorney of your choosing before entering into it. Under Florida practice, you are free to ask questions, request changes, or decline.
5. No obligation. You may close this screen without confirming. Confirming or declining does not obligate you to work with any agent, buy any property, or take any further action.
6. Record. The Platform will log the date and time of your confirmation as a review record visible to you and to [AGENT/BROKERAGE NAME].
7. Language. This Acknowledgment is provided in English and Spanish. The English version controls, and the Spanish version is provided for convenience only, unless a specific agreement entered into between the parties expressly provides otherwise.
8. Platform terms. Your use of the Platform is also governed by the OfferReady Terms of Service, which is governed by Florida law with exclusive venue and jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
