1. What you are confirming. You confirm that you have received and had the opportunity to review the document titled [AGREEMENT NAME] (the "Document"), made available to you through the OfferReady platform (the "Platform") — operated by OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company ("OfferReady") — by [AGENT/BROKERAGE NAME].

2. What this is NOT. This confirmation is a receipt-and-review record only. It is not:

• 2.1 a way of putting your name to the Document or making it effective;
• 2.2 consent to be represented by any real estate agent or brokerage;
• 2.3 the creation of any agency, representation, or contractual relationship of any kind;
• 2.4 approval of, or assent to, any term contained in the Document; or
• 2.5 legal advice.

3. Where the Document is actually completed. If you choose to enter into the Document, that will occur separately, outside this confirmation, through the proper channel provided by [AGENT/BROKERAGE NAME]. Nothing on the Platform completes the Document for you.

4. Get independent advice. Buyer-broker agreements affect your legal rights, including how your agent is compensated. You are encouraged to have the Document reviewed by an independent attorney of your choosing before entering into it. Under Florida practice, you are free to ask questions, request changes, or decline.

5. No obligation. You may close this screen without confirming. Confirming or declining does not obligate you to work with any agent, buy any property, or take any further action.

6. Record. The Platform will log the date and time of your confirmation as a review record visible to you and to [AGENT/BROKERAGE NAME].

7. Language. This Acknowledgment is provided in English and Spanish. The English version controls, and the Spanish version is provided for convenience only, unless a specific agreement entered into between the parties expressly provides otherwise.

8. Platform terms. Your use of the Platform is also governed by the OfferReady Terms of Service, which is governed by Florida law with exclusive venue and jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Busque asesoría independiente. Los acuerdos entre comprador y corredor afectan sus derechos legales, incluyendo la forma en que se compensa a su agente. Le recomendamos que un abogado independiente de su elección revise el Documento antes de formalizarlo. Conforme a la práctica en Florida, usted tiene plena libertad de hacer preguntas, solicitar cambios o rehusarse.

5. Sin obligación. Usted puede cerrar esta pantalla sin confirmar. Confirmar o no confirmar no lo obliga a trabajar con ningún agente, a comprar ninguna propiedad, ni a tomar ninguna otra acción.

7. Idioma. Este Acuse se proporciona en inglés y en español. La versión en inglés prevalece, y la versión en español se proporciona únicamente para su conveniencia, salvo que un acuerdo específico formalizado entre las partes disponga expresamente lo contrario.

8. Términos de la Plataforma. Su uso de la Plataforma también se rige por los Términos de Servicio de OfferReady, los cuales se rigen por la ley de Florida, con competencia y jurisdicción exclusivas en el Condado de Miami-Dade, Florida, salvo que la ley aplicable exija lo contrario.
