Customer-facing documentAI & Recording Disclosure
v2.0 · Effective July 3, 2026
Effective July 3, 2026. This document is provided by OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company. It is informational and is not legal advice.
This disclosure explains that the Platform uses artificial intelligence whose output may be wrong and must be reviewed before use. It also distinguishes explicit voice-note transcription from recording calls, meetings, showings, or conversations and explains all-party recording-consent obligations under Florida law.
This Disclosure supplements the OfferReady Terms of Service. "Platform" means the OfferReady software platform operated by OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company ("OfferReady"). "AI Output" means content generated by artificial-intelligence features of the Platform, including recaps, follow-up drafts, message drafts, and summaries. "User Input" means content users submit to the Platform’s artificial-intelligence features. "Recording Feature" means any Platform feature that records, transcribes, or captures calls, meetings, showings, conversations, or other participants’ communications. Explicit voice notes created and submitted by a user are not a Recording Feature.
What this does
- Discloses that the Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate recaps, follow-up drafts, document summaries, and other drafts, and that AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.
- Requires users to independently review, verify, and correct AI Output — and agents to review buyer-visible AI Output — before it is shared or relied upon.
- States that Florida is an all-party consent state under Fla. Stat. § 934.03, and that users who record outside the Platform are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent from every participant before recording.
- Describes the in-product consent-capture mechanics OfferReady would implement before launch if it later offers a Recording Feature.
What this does NOT do
- The Platform does not currently include any Recording Feature: it does not record, transcribe, or capture calls, meetings, showings, conversations, or other participants’ communications. A user may explicitly record and submit the user’s own voice note for transcription where the plan includes that feature.
- OfferReady does not obtain recording consent on any user’s behalf and is not responsible for recording activity conducted outside the Platform.
- AI Output is not legal, financial, tax, investment, lending, valuation, settlement, real estate brokerage, or other professional advice, and it is provided without warranty.
- User Input and AI Output are not used to train public or third-party foundation models.

PART A — AI ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
A.1 AI is used. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate agent-reviewed recaps from user-provided notes, follow-up drafts, summaries, and other drafts. AI Output is machine-generated.
A.2 AI Output may be wrong. AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, may omit material information, and may contain errors that appear confident and plausible. AI systems can produce fabricated details.
A.3 Human review required. Users must independently review, verify, and correct AI Output before relying on it, acting on it, or sending it to any client, counterparty, or third party. Any buyer-visible AI Output must be reviewed and approved by the responsible agent before it is shared with, or relied upon by, a buyer. The user who adopts or transmits AI Output is solely responsible for its content.
A.4 Not advice. AI Output is not legal, financial, tax, investment, lending, valuation, settlement, real estate brokerage, or other professional advice, and does not create any professional-client relationship with OfferReady. Users should consult qualified professionals for advice on specific matters.
A.5 No warranty. OFFERREADY PROVIDES AI OUTPUT "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING AI OUTPUT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OFFERREADY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUT.
A.6 Fair housing / lawful use. Users may not use AI features to generate discriminatory content or otherwise violate applicable law, including the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.
A.7 No training on public or third-party foundation models. User Input and AI Output are not used to train public or third-party foundation models. OfferReady may process User Input and AI Output to provide, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the OfferReady service, subject to the OfferReady Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
PART B — RECORDING CONSENT
B.1 All-party consent in Florida. Florida is an all-party (commonly called "two-party") consent state. Under Fla. Stat. § 934.03, it is generally unlawful to intentionally intercept or record a wire, oral, or electronic communication unless all parties to the communication have given prior consent, subject to limited statutory exceptions. Violations can carry criminal and civil liability.
B.2 No Recording Feature. OfferReady does not record, transcribe, or capture calls, meetings, showings, conversations, or other participants’ communications, and OfferReady does not obtain recording consent on any user’s behalf. Where a plan includes transcription, a user may explicitly record and submit the user’s own voice note; transcription is never automatic.
B.3 Recordings made outside the Platform. If users record meetings, calls, showings, or conversations outside the Platform, they are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent from every participant before recording, and for complying with the recording and wiretap laws of every jurisdiction in which any participant is located, which may require all-party consent even where the initiating user’s state does not. OfferReady does not monitor any such recordings for legal compliance, does not verify that consent was validly obtained, and is not responsible for any recording activity conducted outside the Platform.
B.4 If OfferReady later offers a Recording Feature. If OfferReady later offers a Recording Feature, then before launch of that feature OfferReady would implement in-product consent-capture mechanics — such as an audible or automated announcement, an on-screen join notice, a join-screen consent gate, and a consent log recording each participant’s join-time consent event (date, time, participant identifier) — with in-product consent language substantially similar to the following:
Verbal/automated announcement: "This [call/meeting] is being recorded and may be transcribed by OfferReady. By staying on this [call/meeting], you consent to the recording. If you do not consent, please say so now or disconnect."
On-screen join notice: "Recording notice. This session will be recorded and may be transcribed. By selecting ‘Join,’ you consent to being recorded. If you do not consent, do not join, and contact the organizer for a non-recorded option."
Any such mechanics would be aids only; the user initiating a recording would remain solely responsible for obtaining the prior consent of every participant and for lawful recording. Recordings and transcripts would be stored and retained per the OfferReady Privacy Policy and the OfferReady Subprocessors & Security Overview, with access limited to the session organizer and the participants of the recorded session, and OfferReady could suspend any Recording Feature for suspected unlawful use.
