AI Output Ownership, License & Review

Effective July 3, 2026. This document is provided by OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company. It is informational and is not legal advice.

This clause states who owns AI-generated output on the Platform, the licenses exchanged between the user and OfferReady, and the user’s duty to review AI Output before use.

In this clause, “OfferReady” means OfferReady, a Florida limited liability company, the provider of the Platform. Section numbering (“[X]”) is assigned when this clause is inserted into the Terms of Service.

What this does

Assigns to the user any right, title, and interest OfferReady may have in AI Output generated from the user’s Input, subject to third-party rights.
Grants the user a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to any OfferReady rights that subsist in AI Output.
Grants OfferReady a license to Input and AI Output only as necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the service and comply with law.
Requires the user to review AI Output before use, and requires the responsible agent to review any buyer-visible AI Output before it is shared.

What this does NOT do

OfferReady does not use Input or AI Output to train public or third-party foundation models.
AI Output is not legal, lending, valuation, settlement, financial, or other professional advice, and it may be inaccurate or incomplete.
OfferReady does not warrant that AI Output is protectable under intellectual-property law, and no exclusivity in similar outputs is granted.
Nothing in this clause transfers rights in third-party material contained in Input or reproduced in AI Output.

User acknowledgment

“Users acknowledge that (a) applicable law regarding intellectual-property protection of machine-generated content is unsettled, and OfferReady does not warrant that AI Output is protectable, and (b) due to the nature of AI, AI Output generated for other users may be similar or identical, and no exclusivity in similar outputs is granted.”

Definitions (add to the Terms’ Defined Terms section)

“Input” means content a user submits to the Platform’s artificial-intelligence features, including prompts, communications, and documents.

“AI Output” means content generated by the Platform’s artificial-intelligence features in response to Input, including recaps, follow-up drafts, message drafts, and summaries.

Section [X] — AI Output Ownership and License

[X].1 Ownership. The user retains ownership of the user’s Input. As between the user and OfferReady, and subject to Section [X].4, the user owns the AI Output generated from the user’s Input, and OfferReady assigns to the user any right, title, and interest OfferReady may have in that AI Output. Users acknowledge that (a) applicable law regarding intellectual-property protection of machine-generated content is unsettled, and OfferReady does not warrant that AI Output is protectable, and (b) due to the nature of AI, AI Output generated for other users may be similar or identical, and no exclusivity in similar outputs is granted.

[X].2 License to the user. To the extent any OfferReady rights subsist in AI Output notwithstanding Section [X].1, OfferReady grants the user a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that AI Output for any lawful purpose.

[X].3 License back to OfferReady; no foundation-model training. The user grants OfferReady a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, process, and display Input and AI Output as necessary to (a) provide, operate, maintain, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the OfferReady service and its features, subject to the OfferReady Privacy Policy and any applicable agreements, and (b) comply with law. OfferReady does not use Input or AI Output to train public or third-party foundation models.

[X].4 Third-party rights unaffected. Nothing in this Section transfers rights in third-party material contained in Input or reproduced in AI Output. The user is responsible for having rights to the Input and for the use the user makes of AI Output.

[X].5 No warranty; responsibility. AI OUTPUT IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” OFFERREADY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING AI OUTPUT, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not legal, lending, valuation, settlement, financial, or other professional advice; the user must review AI Output before use and is solely responsible for content the user adopts or transmits. Any AI Output that will be visible to a buyer must be reviewed by the responsible agent before it is shared with, or relied upon by, the buyer. This Section [X].5 operates together with the OfferReady AI and Recording Disclosure, which is incorporated by reference.

OfferReady is organizational software. It does not draft, interpret, recommend, negotiate, approve, or execute legal agreements, and it is not a brokerage, lender, title company, escrow agent, appraiser, inspector, or law firm.
